အေ၀းသင္ တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႕ရမ်ားကို အရည္အခ်င္း မရွိသူမ်ားအျဖစ္ အစုိးရအရာရွိႀကီးမ်ား ကိုယ္တုိင္ မွတ္ယူထားျခင္းေၾကာင့္ အစိုးရ အရာရွိငယ္ ရာထူးမ်ားအတြက္ မေရြးခ်ယ္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း အေကာက္ခြန္ဦးစီးဌာနမွ အရာရွိႀကီးတစ္ဦးက ရွင္းျပသည္။
“အရာရွိငယ္ရာထူးအတြက္ အေ၀းသင္ဘြဲ႕ရေတြကို မေခၚဘူးဆိုတာ မွန္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒါက တရား၀င္ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္ထြက္တာမ်ဳိး မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနတုိင္းမွာ ဒီလိုပါပဲ။ ေန႔တက္ တကၠသိုလ္ ဘြဲ႕ရေတြကုိပဲ ေခၚၾကတယ္”ဟု ထုိ အေကာက္ခြန္အရာရွိက ေျပာၾကားသည္။
အေ၀းသင္တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႕ရမ်ားသည္ အရာရွိငယ္ရာထူး မ်ားမရရွိႏုိင္ေသာ္လည္း ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမ်ားတြင္ စာေရး၊ စာခ်ီကဲ့သို႔ေသာ ေအာက္ေျခ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအျဖစ္ ၀င္ေရာက္အလုပ္လုပ္ႏုိင္သည္ဟု သိရသည္။
“ပညာေရး ေ၀းသည္မရွိ” ဆုိေသာ ေဆာင္ပုဒ္ႏွင့္အတူ စစ္အစုိးရ တီထြင္ခဲ့ေသာ အေ၀းသင္ တကၠသိုလ္ ပညာေရးစနစ္မွ ေမြးထုတ္လုိက္သည့္ ဘြဲ႕ရလူငယ္မ်ားကုိ စစ္အစုိးရ ကိုယ္တုိင္ အသိအမွတ္မျပဳျခင္းမွာ လက္မခံႏုိင္ဖြယ္ရာျဖစ္သည္ဟု အေ၀းသင္ဘြဲ႕ရ လူငယ္မ်ားက ေျပာသည္။
“အစုိးရရဲ႕ အေ၀းသင္ပညာေရးစနစ္နဲ႔ဘြဲ႕ရတာကို အစုိးရကုိယ္တုိင္က အသိအမွတ္မျပဳခ်င္ဘူး ဆိုေတာ့ ဒီအေ၀းသင္တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႕ရေတြက ဘာဆက္လုပ္ရမလဲ” ဟု ရန္ကုန္အေ၀းသင္ တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႕ရ ေက်ာင္းသူတဦးက ေမးခြန္းထုတ္သည္။
ရန္ကုန္မွ ျမန္မာစာကထိက တဦးကမူ ေန႔တက္တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႕ရ မ်ားက အရည္အခ်င္းရွိၿပီး အေ၀းသင္ဘြဲ႕ရ မ်ားက အရည္အခ်င္းမရွိဟု ခြဲျခားသတ္မွတ္ျခင္းမွာ မသင့္ေလ်ာ္ဘဲ ပညာေရးစနစ္သည္သာလွ်င္ တရားခံ အစစ္ျဖစ္သည္ဟု သုံးသပ္သည္။
“ပညာေရး၀န္ႀကီး ေဒါက္တာခ်မ္းၿငိမ္း ကုိယ္တုိင္က တကၠသိုလ္ ေနာက္ဆုံးႏွစ္စာေမးပြဲမွာ ဂုဏ္ထူးထြက္တဲ့ ေက်ာင္းသား၊ ေက်ာင္းသူေတြရဲ႕ အေျဖလႊာကလြဲရင္ က်န္တဲ့ Day ေရာ၊ အေ၀းသင္ေရာမွာ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတုိ႔ ႀကိဳက္သလို လုပ္ပါ။ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ ဘာမွ မေျပာပါဘူး ဆုိၿပီး မွာတယ္။ ေျပာခ်င္တာက ေက်ာင္းသားေတြကို အေအာင္ေပးပါ၊ အက်မမ်ားပါေစနဲ႔လို႔ ေျပာတာ” ဟု အဆုိပါျမန္မာစာကထိက က ေထာက္ျပသည္။
စစ္အစုိးရသည္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား ႏုိင္ငံေရးမလုပ္ရန္သာ စိတ္၀င္စားၿပီး ပညာတတ္သည္၊ မတတ္သည္ကုိ ထည့္သြင္းစဥ္းစားျခင္း မျပဳေၾကာင္း၊ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ တႏွစ္တႏွစ္ ျမန္ျမန္ေအာင္၊ ျမန္ျမန္ဘြဲ႕ရ ဆိုေသာ ၿပီးစလြယ္ ပညာေရးစနစ္ျဖင့္ တုိင္းျပည္လူငယ္မ်ားကုိ အကြက္က်က် ဖ်က္ဆီးေနျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း တကၠသိုလ္ ပညာေရးဆုိင္ရာ ၀န္ထမ္း အသုိင္းအ၀န္းတြင္ ေ၀ဖန္ေနၾကသည္။
“အေ၀းသင္ တကၠသိုလ္မွာ ၁၀ ရက္ေက်ာင္းတက္ၿပီး စာေမးပြဲေျဖလို႔ ပညာမတတ္ဘူးလို႔ ေျပာေနၾကတာ။ ေန႔တက္ တကၠသိုလ္ေတြမွာလည္း ေက်ာင္းေခၚခ်ိန္ ၇၅ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းျပည့္ရင္ မည္သည့္ေက်ာင္းသားမွ် က်ရႈံးျခင္းမရွိေစရဆိုတဲ့မူနဲ႔ ဘြဲ႕ေတြေပါေပါေလာေလာ ေပးေနတာပဲ။ ေျပာရရင္လည္း ကိုယ္ေပါင္
ကုိယ္လွန္ ေထာင္းရသလိုပဲ” ဟု တကၠသိုလ္ဆရာမတဦးက ေျပာသည္။

Dear Dr. Chan Nyein,
Once while i was in Singapore, i met with one guy who is an Engineer and the Graduate of Rangoon Institute of Technology, he told me once that you were a good person while you were trying to get the degree from the MIT but now you are the one who is betraying the citizens of Myanmar, shame on you doctor. shame on you. i do believe that those who are civilians and collabrating with the Military Junta and making profits for themselves are worse than those military officers who are taking bribe and corruped during these days. we can forgive the officers but we could not forgive someone like Dr. Chan Nyein or U Soe Thar or Dr. Kyaw Myint, because they are the real traitors. who betrayed the citizens of Myanmar and make the Myanamr people stupids and allow them to have a situation of dump in the eyes of the international community.
please do remember that those who betrayed the nation don't end up their lives peacefully.
if you understand the situation,then you should not do like these nowadays,
to become a minister is not a main thing to be the one who dare to tell the truth is more important.
once our national leader U Aung San told the people he did not give a shit while people see him as the minister but he care being the leader of the people. he wanted to become the leader of the people than to be the minister in the British colonial master's govdernment.
so those who held the Doctor degree and do all the bad things to Myanmar Citizens should correct their mistakes and do good things for Myanmar citizens and the Union of Myanmar.
Education is the most important in everyone life.
Look at Singapore which is tiny country in South East Asia, but the most influential in the region why ???????
the answer is very clear the % of the Singaporeans who are educated is higher than those in the other nations in the region.
but there are many educated persons who are afraid to tell the truth in their lives and just say yes to the dictators, for those who are working under the present military Junta is not new because there was one scholar who showed the way of making friend with the dictator and get profits from that friendship, the scholar is late president of the Union of Burma, a historain and the personal biographer of late dictator Gen. Ne Win, Dr. Maung Maung the father of former deputy minister of foreign affairs, U Kyaw Thu ( Retired Colonel) please remember how did he ( Dr. Maung Maung) ened up his life???
I hope that you scholars will take a lesson from him.

I dont see any reason to say that the quality of day student are better than that of distance student.In fact all are the same..The whole education system is inferior ..Further more..How abt the quality of myanmar master and doctorate students? how many percent of them are qualfied?Less than 10%..?? And How many of them making their own researches ,case studies and thesis without copying other people works..and do they know what's the meaning of plagiarism ?

journalist should raise education issue.
it is very very important for the country's future.
now, we have many degree holders without education.
distance education system is crazy idea.
yes, the students stay out of the school and no more student strike. They will get degree after they attend the school for 40 days.
but, no education.
the only thing they know is how to pass the exam without learning.
so bad!

တခ်ိန္က ေျပာခဲ့ၾကတာကိုး ၃ ေယာက္ေပါင္း ၆ တန္းေတာင္ မေအာင္တဲ့ေကာင္ေတြလို႔ သန္းေရႊလဲ အဲဒီအထဲပါေနေတာ့ နာတာေပ့ါ။ အခုေတာ့ အဲဒီ အညွိဳးနဲ႔ ကိုယ့္တိုင္းျပည္ ကိုယ္ျပန္ဖ်က္ေနတာပဲ။ အင္း သိပ္မၾကာခင္ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံႀကီးက ဆိုမာလီယားတို႔ အီသီယိုပီးယားတို႔ ဇင္ဘာေဘြတို႔ လမ္းစဥ္လုိက္ေတာ့မယ္။ ရွက္ဖို႔ေကာင္းလိုက္တာ သန္းေရႊရယ္။ ခင္ဗ်ားမို႔လို႔ ကိုယ္သမိုင္းကိုယ္ဖ်က္တယ္။ ခင္ဗ်ား ဘယ္ေလာက္ႀကီးပဲ သတင္းစာေတြထဲ အေကာင္းေတြလုပ္ျပလုပ္ျပ ေကာင္းပါတယ္ ေျပာေျပာ လက္ေတြ႔ နဲ႔က တျခားစီပဲ။

ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕ ပညာေရးဘယ္လုိအဆင့္ အတန္းလဲဆုိတာ ေဒါက္တာခ်မ္းၿငိမ္းသိပါတယ္။ သူကလဲသူ႕ရဲ႕ရာထူးတည္ျမဲ ေရး အတြက္ ဆက္ျပီး အထက္ကုိလိမ္ေနတာပါ။ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ ႏွစ္ခန္႕ က လြဳိင္ေကာ္တကၠသုိလ္ ကုိဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္သိန္းစိန္မလာခင္ သူအရင္လာစစ္ျပီး ဆရာေတြကုိ ေျပာခဲ့တဲ့စကားကမွတ္သားစရာပါ။ သူ (ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္သိန္းစိန္) လဲဘာမွမသိဘူး။ သူအထင္ၾကီးေအာင္သာ ခင္ဗ်ားတုိ႕ေတြ ေျပာလုိက္ပါတဲ့။ ဒီလုိလူက ပညာေရး၀န္ၾကီးဆုိေတာ့ တုိင္းျပည္ပညာေရးက ဘယ္အထိ တုိးတက္ေနလဲဆုိတာ စဥ္းစားသာၾကည့္ပါေတာ့၊
