“က်ေနာ္က ႐ုပ္ရွင္ ႐ုိက္ခြင့္မရေတာ့ဘူးေလ၊ အႏုပညာသမား ဆိုေတာ့ တခုခု ဖန္တီးမွ ရမယ္ ဆိုၿပီး က်ေနာ္ ႐ုိက္ထားတဲ့ ဓာတ္ပံုနဲ႔ ပန္ခ်ီးကားေတြကို ျပတာပါ” ဟု ေက်ာ္သူက ဧရာဝတီကို ေျပာသည္။
အာဏာပိုင္တို႔က ၂၀၀၇ ခုႏွစ္ သံဃာ့လႈပ္ရွားမႈတြင္ ပါဝင္ကူညီခဲ့ေသာ သ႐ုပ္ေဆာင္ ေက်ာ္သူကုိ ႐ုပ္ရွင္႐ုိက္ကူးခြင့္ ပိတ္ပင္လုိက္သည္။ ရုပ္ရွင္ဇာတ္ကား နည္းပါးေနသျဖင့္ ယခင္က ႐ုိက္ကူးၿပီးခဲ့ေသာ ေက်ာ္သူ၏ ဇာတ္ကားမ်ားကိုမူ ႐ုံတင္ျပသခြင့္ ျပဳသည္ဟု ဆုိသည္။
ရုပ္ရွင္နယ္တြင္ လႈပ္ရွားခြင့္ တားျမစ္ခံထားရသည့္ ေက်ာ္သူ၏ ယေန႔ ျပပဲြတြင္ ပန္းခ်ီကား ၂၃ ကား၊ ဓာတ္ပံု ၄၀ ခန္႔ ပါဝင္သည္ ဟုဆိုသည္။
ပန္းခ်ီကားမ်ားမွာ ေရာင္းရန္ မဟုတ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို အဓိက သ႐ုပ္ေဖာ္ ေရးဆြဲထားျခင္း ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေက်ာ္သူက ေျပာသည္။
“တကမၻာလံုးမွာ စစ္မျဖစ္ဘဲ၊ စစ္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးအရ ကင္းလြတ္ၿပီး ၿငိမ္းၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းခ်မ္းနဲ႔ ျဖစ္ေစခ်င္တယ္။ က်ေနာ္ သေဘာအက်ဆံုး ပံုက War and Peace (စစ္နဲ႔ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး) ဆိုတဲ့ ပံုရယ္၊ ေနာက္တပံုက Woman Leadership (အမ်ဳိးသမီးေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ) ဆိုၿပီး က်ေနာ္ နာမည္ေပးထားတဲ့ ေနာက္ခံ အမည္းႀကီးမွာ အျဖဴေရာင္ ေရႊဇီးကြက္႐ုပ္၊ ပစ္တိုင္းေထာင္က အမ်ိဳးသမီးပံုေပါ့ေလ ပါးကြက္နဲ႔ ပုံပါ” ဟု ေက်ာ္သူက သူႏွစ္သက္သည့္ ပန္းခ်ီကားတခ်ဳိ႕အေၾကာင္း ရွင္းျပသည္။
ေမြးေန႔ျပပဲြမွ ဓာတ္ပုံမ်ားအေၾကာင္းကုိလည္း ေမြးေန႔ရွင္ ေက်ာ္သူက ေျပာျပသည္။
“ဓာတ္ႀကိဳးေပၚမွာ အုပ္စုလိုက္ ငွက္ေတြ၊ ေနာက္ေတာ့ တေကာင္ပဲ က်န္ခဲ့တယ္၊ အဲဒီပံုေလးကို က်ေနာ္ သစၥာေဖာက္ လုိ႔ နာမည္ေပးထားတယ္” ဟု ဓာတ္ပုံတပုံႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး သူက အဓိပၸာယ္ ဖြင့္ျပသည္။
ဓာတ္ပံုမ်ားမွာ ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္ နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္း ဒုကၡသည္ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရး ကာလအတြင္း ႐ုိက္ကူးထားျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္ဟု ဆုိသည္။
ဦးေက်ာ္သူသည္ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ေလာကတြင္ သ႐ုပ္ေဆာင္ ႏွင့္ ဒါ႐ုိက္တာ အျဖစ္ ၂၅ ႏွစ္တိုင္ ျဖတ္သန္းခဲ့သူ ျဖစ္သည္။ ၁၉၈၄ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ သူပါ၀င္သ႐ုပ္ေဆာင္ထားသည့္ “ခ်စ္ႀကိဳးေလး ႏွစ္မွ်င္” ဇာတ္ကားျဖင့္ စတင္ ေအာင္ျမင္လာသည္။
ေနာက္ဆယ္ႏွစ္အၾကာတြင္ သူပါ၀င္သရုပ္ေဆာင္ခ့ဲေသာ “တျပည္သူမေရႊထား” ဇာတ္ကားျဖင့္ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ထူးခြ်န္ဆု ရခ့ဲသျဖင့္ အကယ္ဒမီေက်ာ္သူ ျဖစ္လာသည္။ ဒါ႐ုိက္တာအျဖစ္ သူ႐ုိက္ကူးခ့ဲသည့္ “အေမ႔ ႏို႔ဖိုး” ဇာတ္ကားျဖင့္ ၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္အတြက္ ဒါ႐ုိက္တာဆု ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
ယခုအခါ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ေလာကတြင္ ပိတ္ပင္ခံေနရေသာ ေက်ာ္သူသည္ သူ၏ လူမႈကူညီေရးလုပ္ငန္းကို ယခင္ကထက္ အာ႐ုံစုိက္ၿပီး လုပ္ကိုင္္ေနသည္။
ေက်ာ္သူက အစိုးရႏွင့္ မသက္ဆိုင္သည့္၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးႏွင့္လည္း ပတ္သက္ျခင္း မရွိသည့္ နာေရးကူညီမႈ အသင္းကို ၂၀၀၁ ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္န၀ါရီလတြင္ တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ အလွဴရွင္တုိ႔၏ လွဴဒါန္းေငြမ်ားျဖင့္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ စ်ာပန လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ အခမဲ့ ကူညီလ်က္ရိွသည္။ မင္းသားေက်ာ္သူ၏ အသင္းသည္ ေန႔စဥ္ ရန္ကုန္မွ စ်ာပန ၅၀ ခန္႔ကုိ ကူညီသၿဂိဳဟ္ေပးသည့္ လူမႈေရး လုပ္ငန္းႀကီး ျဖစ္ေနသည္။
ၿပီးခ့ဲသည့္ႏွစ္မ်ားအတြင္း အာဏာပိုင္မ်ားက ေက်ာ္သူ၏ လႈမႈေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ အေႏွာက္အယွက္ ျပဳလုပ္သည္ဟူေသာ သတင္းမ်ားလည္း ထြက္ေပၚခ့ဲသည္။
၂၀၀၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ “သုခ” ေဆးခန္းကို ဖြင့္လွစ္ၿပီး လူမႈေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ တုိးခ်ဲ႕လုိက္သည္။
ဤအေတာအတြင္း ေက်ာ္သူ ဦးစီးသည့္ ဒဂုံၿမိဳ႕သစ္ ေျမာက္ပုိင္းရိွ ကုသုိလ္ျဖစ္ေဆးခန္းသည္ ေဒသခံ အာဏာပုိင္တုိ႔၏ ဖိအားေပးျခင္းႏွင့္ ရင္ဆုိင္ေနရသည္။ ထုိေဆးခန္းမွာ တရက္လွ်င္ လူနာအေယာက္၂၀၀ ေက်ာ္ကို အခမဲ့ ကုသေပးေနေသာ ေဆးခန္းျဖစ္သည္ဟု သိရသည္။
