I do agree that it should not happen in religious places like pagodas or churches, but why it should be prohibited in other places like Inya lake. It is the right of the couples. If our behavior or activity does not harm or disturb other people, we have freedom to do so. It is one form of violation of human right. Moreover, it is needed to consider the consequences of this rule.
