The Irrawaddy Publishing Group has collected 50 of Harn Lay’s most popular political cartoons from 2007 and 2008 in a new book that will be available soon. This handsome four-color volume brings together some of Harn Lay’s best political art with each cartoon featuring a brief summary of the events that inspired it.
